About the role:
The Project Officer supports the Digital Health and Sector Engagement team to contribute to the implementation of the Victorian Digital Health Roadmap and delivery of priority digital health initiatives across the public health sector.
The role contributes to coordinated delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement by supporting planning, monitoring and reporting activities, and by ensuring high-quality documentation and insights inform decision-making.

About you:
Can you demonstrate the following?
- Supports engagement with health services, Local Health Service Networks and Rural ICT Alliances and sector partners.
- Supports engagement activities, including meetings, follow-ups and information exchange, ensuring sector issues, priorities and implementation impacts are accurately captured and communicated.
- Contributes to the implementation of digital health initiatives and reform activities by undertaking defined coordination, analysis and project support tasks.
- Prepares draft materials, briefings and inputs to support policy development, governance processes and reporting requirements.
- Supports delivery of engagement and implementation activities by progressing agreed actions and ensuring information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identifies implementation issues, dependencies and service impacts arising from engagement with stakeholders.
