We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Brinsmead site, where delivering an exceptional customer experience is always a top priority.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Retail Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cash Handling & Reconciliation – Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Food Management & Supervision – Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Site Hygiene & Presentation – Maintain a clean, welcoming and compliant workplace
- Performance & KPI’s – Drive results by meeting budgets and Key Performance Indicators
- Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and mentor our future retail rockstars
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who leads by example and brings energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality management
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal
- Solid computer literacy and comfort with tech tools
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kgs
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Food Safety Certification – desirable
