We're looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Compliance Administration Assistant to join our National Compliance team. About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Compliance Manager, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across our national compliance function.
Working closely with the Compliance team and operational leaders, you'll help ensure audits, compliance reporting, policy management, training administration and client compliance requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, loves being organised and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the National Compliance team.

Maintain compliance registers, records and document management systems.

Coordinate internal audits, inspections and compliance activities.

Prepare reports, presentations and compliance documentation.

Monitor licences, certifications and accreditation records.

Coordinate compliance training, inductions and attendance records.

Support policy reviews and document version control.

Assist with client compliance submissions and tender documentation.

Liaise with operational managers to obtain required documentation.

Manage compliance inboxes and respond to routine enquiries.

Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and databases.

Provide general administrative support across the Compliance function.
About You
This role would suit someone with previous administration experience who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll be organised, detail-oriented and confident juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
