About the opportunity
NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Recruitment Support Officer to provide high‑quality, customer‑focused recruitment and HR transactional support across our state‑wide organisation.
In this role, you will support hiring managers and Recruitment and Workforce Business Partners by delivering efficient and accurate administrative support throughout the recruitment process. You will be part of a collaborative HR Support Services team, contributing to the smooth delivery of recruitment services in a high‑volume, fast‑paced healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
- Interacting and supporting hiring managers across NSW Health Pathology in undertaking their key accountability functions of the recruitment process.
- Responsible for the administrative support for the HR Support Services portfolio, inclusive of Human Resource (HR) transactional support.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation and external agencies and stakeholders.
- Provide assistance with Recruitment and HR transactional matters to NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) inclusive of the ability to interpret awards and policies.
