We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team supporting a Major Road Upgrade Project in Ipswich. While this role is project-based, the opportunity is much bigger than one project. About the Role
As Site Administrator, you will be the backbone of the project team, ensuring the smooth operation of the site office and supporting project delivery through strong administration, financial, compliance, and document control practices. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and site personnel to keep the project running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Management of purchase orders, invoices, dockets, and financial records

Support monthly reporting, progress claims, and project administration activities

Maintain site documentation, registers, drawings, and records

Assist with payroll processing and workforce administration

Support HSEQ reporting, inductions, onboarding, and compliance requirements

Coordinate administrative requirements across multiple project stakeholders

Provide general office and project support to the site team
About You
You are an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
You'll bring:

Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar administration role

Experience working on civil infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects

Strong document control and record management capability

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

White Card (or willingness to obtain)
