Parramatta Community College is seeking a qualified Trainers and Assessors to teach Certificate III in Retail or Certificate III in Business (Medical Admin)
The Opportunity:
Classes are on two days per week 9.30am-2.30pm, within a face-to-face classroom setting based in the Parramatta area.
As the successful candidate you must be available to:
- Commit and deliver face to face training across two consecutive days.
- Able to commute to Parramatta or other nearby sites.
- Able to commence ASAP.
Our cohort is a mixture of domestic students.
Essential Criteria/Requirements:
- Current qualification in Retail or Business (Medical Admin)
- Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence.
- Current VET PD
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
- Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.
- Minimum 2 experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment.
- High level of interpersonal and communications skills
- Working with Children Check
As a Contract Trainer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting training and assessments, student support, reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.
