About the role:
Division Barber Co is seeking an experienced, fully qualified Hairdresser/Barber to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role delivering premium haircutting, styling, beard grooming to our clients in a fast-paced, high-standard barbershop environment.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of men's haircutting, styling and grooming services
- Provide beard trims, shaves and grooming treatments
- Deliver consistently high-quality client service and build a loyal client base
- Maintain a clean, professional and well-presented work station
- Advise clients on suitable hair and grooming products
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a qualified hairdresser or barber
- Strong technical skills across a range of cutting and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time across a rotating roster, including weekends
Pay: $52,880.00 – $98,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
