About the role:
If successful, you will work collaboratively with administration staff, the Education Performance Team, the Client Acquisition Team (CAT Team), Education Managers and Hub Operations Coordinators to maximise conversions and encourage retention as follows: Maximise conversion by ensuring the proactive, timely and efficient enrolment and commencement of current and prospective clients into their chosen course of study across the Education Portfolio; and encourage retention by focusing on place-based client engagement and support activities across an Education Hub.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Minimum of Certificate III in Business Administration or similar field; and/or at least 3 years’ experience in an administration/client support or customer service role
- High level cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to support people with limited English skills to navigate and complete complex enrolment and administrative processes
- Highly developed customer service/engagement skills with a demonstrated capacity to engage clients in Education programs
- A capacity to generate reports from a variety of data management systems, interpret results, make recommendations and modify / change processes to address identifiable weaknesses
- Demonstrated knowledge of the enrolment processes in Education programs including SEE, Skills First, AMEP and ACFE
- High level IT skills including the ability to use online platforms in registering and enrolling Education clients and to support clients and client data reporting
- Proficient in Client Management Systems (e.g. STRATA, Markbook), MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve and take the extra mile to engage clients
- Demonstrated ability to work with client management systems (STRATA) and/or government reporting systems (ARMS, VET Online, SVTS), inputting and extracting data
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a busy environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills
