Mamma Jams, Cremorne
We’re looking for a hospitality unicorn Mamma Jams is on the hunt for a strong all-rounder to join our team in Cremorne.
We’re a fast-paced café with a big focus on culture, customer experience and quality hospitality. This role could suit:
- A gun barista who also loves people and service
- A strong café all-rounder who can jump wherever needed
- Or an experienced café supervisor/manager looking for a stable Monday-Friday role with leadership responsibility.
The role includes:
- Coffee making
- Customer service
- Sandwich and light food prep
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Supporting the team and daily operations
- Leading service and helping drive a positive culture
What we’re looking for:
- Fast, organised and proactive
- Warm personality and genuine hospitality energy
- Strong communication skills
- Someone who takes pride in standards and cleanliness
- Calm under pressure in a busy environment
Leadership experience is a bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday only. No weekends Shifts are either: 5:30am – 1:30pm or 7:30am – 3:30 pm
