We are recruiting a full-time Barista to work in our busy CBD location. You will be working as part of a best-in-class Barista team delivering outstanding coffee experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality beverages and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy CBD cafe.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Warmly greet customers and take orders.
- Provide menu information and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and industry trends.
- Adjust grinders, texture milk, and create latte art.
- Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Perform regular cleaning and report maintenance issues promptly
- Work with cafe staff for smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of barista experience.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Flexible hours availability.
- Adherence to food safety and quality controls.
