A rare opportunity has become available to join our team as a Casual Camp Leader at Cottage by the Sea, located on the beautiful beachfront in Queenscliff.

Our vision is that every child deserves to feel safe, connected and live a happy and healthy life.
As a Camp Leader, you will help create safe, inclusive and memorable experiences for campers while working in a unique seaside environment.
About the role:
- Lead and support groups of children during camp programs
- Facilitate engaging and inclusive activities
- Provide positive role modelling and pastoral care
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Casual shifts across camp programs
Requirements:
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Light Rigid (LR) licence or higher strongly recommended
- Community Surf Life Saving Certificate (or higher) strongly recommended
- Relevant training or qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services, Childcare, Outdoor Recreation, Teaching or related fields highly regarded
