We want someone that is bright, energetic, and not afraid to take on a new challenge. We want someone that thinks independently and is passionate about the industry we work in, the brands we work with, and the opportunity to grow and learn with a supportive team.
In terms of skills and experience, ideally, you’ll have:
-
3+ years of proven PR, communications or journalism experience
-
Strong media relations skills and a great understanding of the Australian media landscape – being comfortable picking up the phone to journalists is a must!
-
A love for crafting and pitching relevant stories to a wide range of media, including consumer and/or business focused outlets
-
Strong writing and copyediting skills, with bonus points for video production and/or social experience
-
Good ability to manage time and workload, prioritise and proactively manage up to internal stakeholders
-
Experience managing junior team members, helping them keep to deadlines while supporting them to learn and grow
-
A team player attitude

Industry leading learning and development opportunities and a dedicated Career Manager
-
Unrivalled career growth and progression as part a strengths-based environment
-
Autonomy to own your work, your relationships and add creative flair into your every day
