About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and welcoming Restaurant Host to be the face of Three Blue Ducks Rosebery.
This is a key front-of-house role responsible for creating the first impression of our venue. You’ll be confident managing bookings, greeting guests, coordinating floor flow, and supporting the FOH team to deliver a seamless dining and events experience in a fast-paced environment.
We’re after someone who is naturally warm, highly organised, and thrives in a busy hospitality setting. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone of service and ensuring every guest feels looked after from the moment they arrive.
Current trading hours: Tuesday - Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Lunch; Day, night and weekend shifts available
What you’ll be doing
Welcoming and seating guests in a warm, professional manner
Managing reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins
Coordinating smooth guest flow with the floor team
Supporting service efficiency during busy periods
Maintaining a calm, organised front-of-house presence
What we’re looking for
Previous host, reservations or senior FOH experience preferred
RSA required
Weekend and evening availability essential
Strong communication and organisational skills required
Calm and organised under pressure
Confident using SevenRooms booking systems (or quick to learn)
Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Team-focused and proactive approach
