What you’ll do:
As a key member of our team, you will be central to our strategic growth. You will support our Senior Account Managers in delivering the Wpay partnership model by developing strategic account plans and roadmaps tailored to client needs. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, and Customer to deliver timely solutions, and building strong internal relationships to help drive our product roadmap forward. You will also:
Support various customer accounts and assist in managing projects and prioritizing initiatives.
Create and implement account strategies to foster growth and build long-term partnerships.
Partner with support and technical teams to ensure customer SLAs are met and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies through pipeline management, research, event coordination, and marketing support.
What you’ll bring:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and negotiate successful outcomes.
Proficiency with Google tools (G Suite).
Experience in supporting customer-focused projects and initiatives.
Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
