About the Role
As Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the café while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, support the team, and maintain high standards across service, presentation, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Supervise front of house operations and staff
- Manage stock ordering and inventory control
- Maintain café presentation and cleanliness standards
- Support rostering, training, and team development
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace procedures
Essential Requirements
- Excellent barista and coffee-making skills
- Previous café or hospitality supervisory experience
- Experience with stock ordering and inventory management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Full Australian working rights
