Kitchen Hands
- Washing, disinfecting and polishing dishware
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation areas and service areas
- Cleaning general utensils and kitchen equipment
- Assembling and preparing food ingredients for cooking
- Restocking kitchen supplies and maintaining equipment as needed
- Packing food and drinking trays for serving
- Weighing, transferring, checking and storing food ingredients
Pay Rates are determined by Experience
- Knowledge of dining room setup
- Solid understanding of food handling, sanitation and prevention of food-borne illnesses
- Ability to work well with their hands
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength and the ability to lift heavy loads

Waiter / Waitresses
- Greet guests and taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more

- Customer service skills
- Physical ability: Due to the demands of the job, Waiters should have the physical ability to stand for longer periods of time and lift trays of food, racks of cups and other objects that might be a part of daily duties.
- Critical thinking and time management
Coffee Barrister
- Welcoming customers, taking their orders and handling payments
- Describing the differences in coffee beans and roasts to customers
- Grinding coffee using a coffee grinder and adjusting the grinder as needed
- Preparing espresso-based coffee drinks, such as long black, flat white, café latte and cappuccino
- Preparing other beverages, including tea, hot chocolate and frozen drinks
- Keeping coffee-making equipment clean throughout the day and following a procedure to thoroughly clean the equipment at the end of the day
- Replenishing shelves and fridges with items such as baked goods, snacks and bottled drinks
- Training new employees on how to operate equipment and prepare different drinks
