We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised casual receptionist to join our busy chiropractic clinic in Joondalup.
This is a varied role combining reception, administration and helping with our clinic's social media and content.
The role includes:
- Greeting patients, managing appointments, phone calls and emails
- Taking payments, preparing invoices and general administration
- Weekly social media updates and creating content using Canva and AI tools
- Creating our monthly newsletter and assisting with patient emails
- Communicating confidently and professionally with patients, including handling cancellation fees
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident with computers, Canva, social media and AI tools
- Is reliable, organised, good with numbers and has strong attention to detail
- Has good communication skills and can work independently
Medical reception experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
Experience or an interest in marketing, social media, content creation or SEO is a big bonus.
Hours & Pay
Initially 2 to 3 shifts per week, approximately 5 hours per shift, with the opportunity for more shifts for the right person.
Weekday shifts are generally 2 pm to 7 pm
Weekend shifts are generally 9 am to 2 pm
Weekdays: $32/hour
Weekends: $45/hour
