We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager(s) to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to manage staff, budgets and restaurant procedures effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Staff Leadership & Training:
Recruit, train and manage restaurant staff.
Schedule and supervise team members to ensure smooth shifts.
Motivate and mentor employees to improve performance and engagement with customers.
Financial & Business Performance
Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and operational expenses.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve profitability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
Customer Service & Experience
Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a positive dining experience.
Respond promptly to customer feedback and implement improvements.
Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and health/safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
