Position: Commission-Based Real Estate Agent
(Sales Agent/Property Manager or Licensed Agent)

You must hold either:
- ✔ Entry-Level: Sales Agent/Property Manager Registration Certificate (actively working toward full license)
- ✔ Full License: CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Your Role:
- List & Sell: Work with both off-market and traditional listings

- Stay Compliant: Adhere to QLD legislation
