The Partnerships Coordinator exists to grow and strengthen the reach and impact of Red Frogs across universities throughout Queensland, with a strong focus on building healthy university partnerships, developing church engagement and coaching leaders to thrive within the Red Frogs mission.
At the heart of this role is relationships. The Partnerships Coordinator builds meaningful partnerships with universities, churches, leaders and community stakeholders, creating opportunities for more young people to experience the care, support and positive influence of Red Frogs.
A significant focus of the role is church engagement and coaching. Working alongside the State Manager and wider Queensland team, the Partnerships Coordinator identifies, develops and supports church partnerships across the state. This includes regularly coaching and developing church leaders, key volunteers and emerging leaders as well as growth and scope opportunities, to strengthen their local Red Frogs involvement and impact.
As part of the Queensland leadership team, the Partnerships Coordinator contributes beyond their primary portfolio and actively supports the wider Red Frogs mission, including Schoolies, major events, schools, skateparks and other programs and initiatives as required.
