What does the job look like?
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of operational transformation projects across Linfox’s network. Working within our dedicated Commercial Projects team, you will play a key role in coordinating customer implementations, improving operational capability, and supporting future-ready operational sites.

Key responsibilities:
Support end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation projects
Coordinate project governance, reporting, timelines and stakeholder activities
Engage cross-functional stakeholders to structure and drive project outcomes
Assist with customer implementation and onboarding initiatives
Contribute to network transformation and automation projects
Identify risks and resolve issues in fast-paced, evolving environments
Are you the one?
You are a structured and adaptable Project Coordinator who thrives in complex operational environments and enjoys working on business improvement and transformation initiatives.
You can demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline
Experience coordinating projects within logistics, supply chain or complex operational environments
Exposure to business improvement, transformation, or customer implementation projects
Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve challenges in dynamic, unplanned situations
Proven involvement across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and build alignment
