We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and professional Community Support Worker to support clients living in Epping. This role suits someone who is confident working independently, follows direction well, and provides safe, person‑centred support in the home and community.
About the Role
- Provide domestic assistance, meal preparation, and general home support
- Assist with community access, appointments, shopping, and social participation
- Support clients to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication
- Shifts vary depending on client needs; additional hours available as referrals increase
Requirements
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid/CPR
- Reliable transport
- NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card (advantageous)
