The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in makeup application, skincare treatments, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their desired looks while providing expert advice on beauty products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of beauty services, including facials, makeup application, waxing, and skincare consultations.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting and selling beauty products and services offered by Blush Aura Beauty.
- Participate in promotional events, photoshoots, or social media campaigns as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inspiring work environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Beautician and Makeup Artist with relevant qualifications or experience.
- Proven experience in makeup application and skincare treatments.
- Strong understanding of different skin types and the ability to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative eye for color, detail, and trends in the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in makeup and beauty services is preferred.
