We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and compassionate support workers to join our team and deliver NDIS-funded support programs across the Bayside area.

What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on each participant’s individual needs, your role may include:
- Providing high-quality person-centred support
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Assisting with community access and social participation
- Supporting daily living and independence
- Building positive, respectful relationships with participants
- Encouraging confidence, choice and greater independence
- Working collaboratively with families, carers and other support professionals

We’d love to hear from experienced NDIS Support Workers who are:
- Passionate about supporting people with disability
- Reliable, dependable and professional
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communicators
- Respectful, patient and compassionate
- Experienced in delivering NDIS-funded supports
- Committed to person-centred care and participant choice
Essential Criteria & Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing.
- Current Victorian Driver License (essential)
- Mandatory certificates required in the Care industry (must be willing to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screen Check (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)

- Victorian Driver Licence (Preferred)
