Multi-Skilled Operators

CENTRAL QUEENSLAND

POSITION DESCRIPTION

MCC Group is looking for versatile Multi-Skilled Operators who can run a range of plant and equipment across our mining and civil projects. The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple machine types and can adapt quickly between roles as project demands shift.

POSITION DUTIES

Operate a variety of plant and equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, water carts, and loaders

Carry out tasks across mining production, civil earthworks, and site maintenance activities

Complete pre-start checks and maintain equipment logbooks

Work closely with supervisors and project teams to meet daily production and project targets

Follow all site safety procedures, traffic management, and environmental management plans

Assist with general labouring and site tasks during equipment downtime

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years operating experience across multiple machine types

Current QLD Standard 11 (or equivalent) Generic Mining Induction

Competency tickets for at least 3 of the following: excavator, dozer, grader, loader, water cart

Civil construction and/or mining experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret site plans and job instructions

Current manual driver's licence

Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
