Description:
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•
Lead and coordinate the implementation of an effective ripening program.
•
Manage and liaise with key accounts to ensure that all customer expectations and specifications are met.
•
Stock movements and Inventory management.
•
Inbound/outbound quality assurance.
•
Daily reporting and general administration duties
Skills and Experiences:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
•
3+ years of ripening experience is preferred.
•
Valid Forklift License
•
Ability to work early morning start times from 1:30 am.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
•
Proficient with using computers.
•
A desire to continuously improve processes.
•
Works well in a team environment
