Internal Sales Coordinator
About the Role
Volt Safety is growing fast, and we're looking for someone to step into an Internal Sales Coordinator role, supporting our Sales & Operations Team and our valuable customer base.
This is a relationship role first. You'll drive sales growth, build strong relationships with our wholesale customers, and help Volt Safety grow its presence and support in the Electrical Industry.
Your duties would include, but would not be limited to:
- Building trusted relationships through proactive contact and follow-up
- Handling inbound enquiries by phone and email - pricing, availability, product questions and quotes
- Exploring outbound opportunities to identify and convert new sales
- Supporting the Sales Team across key accounts and day-to-day activity
- Keeping customer and order information accurate and up to date
- Representing Volt Safety with energy, professionalism and a customer-first attitude
Skills required for this job would include:
- Sales experience in electrical wholesale, trade distribution or a related B2B (business-to-business) environment - Electrical Safety PPE and Equipment sales experience is highly regarded
- A confident relationship builder who enjoys looking after customers - quick to respond by phone and email
- Team player with a willingness to learn and stay curious
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Reliable and accountable
- Commercially minded, proactive and motivated by growth
- Confident with Google Suite and happy to learn systems like Cin7 and HubSpot

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
