About the role
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Electrician to join our commercial construction team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful applicant will have a background in apartment construction and will initially be based on The Muse Artisan Place, a 160-apartment development in Fremantle. The current stage of the project is expected to span approximately two years, with Stage 2 of the development anticipated to follow on the neighbouring site, providing a strong pipeline of ongoing work.
The role includes hands-on electrical work alongside the supervision and coordination of tradespeople and apprentices on site.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, the appropriate WA Electrical Workers Licence
- Hold a valid Construction Industry White Card
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence
- Have demonstrated experience as an electrician within the commercial construction industry
- Have previous experience in a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role
- Be confident supervising and supporting tradespeople and apprentices
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work
- Be safety focused and able to lead by example
- Be self-motivated and work effectively as part of a team
