About the Role
This is a casual position offering flexibility and variety across all aspects of veterinary nursing.
Key responsibilities include:

General nursing duties, including pre- and post-operative care, pathology, and emergency/critical care

Assisting with surgical procedures and monitoring anaesthesia

Performing dental procedures and taking dental and musculoskeletal x-rays
-
Supporting consults and patient care alongside the veterinary team

Placing IV catheters and collecting blood samples

Maintaining clinic cleanliness, including surgical areas and equipment
-
Managing client enquiries in person, via phone, and email
-
Supporting reception, hospital, and surgical areas as needed
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

Minimum 2+ years’ clinical experience

Strong, well-rounded nursing skills across surgery, hospital, and reception

Confidence with anaesthetic monitoring, dentals, and pathology processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A calm, friendly, and team-oriented approach

The ability to work both independently and within a team
-
Experience with RX Works (desirable, not essential)
Living and Working in Palm Beach, Gold Coast
