Are you an experienced MC driver looking for a stable, long-term role with a well-established and respected company? Cement Australia is currently seeking Drivers to join our team based at our Naval Base depot.
In this role, you will be delivering packaged cement products, including 25kg bags of cement, to customers across the region while operating our modern fleet of tautliners and trailer combinations.
The roster for this position is Monday to Friday ~5:00am start.
Your Opportunity
- Safely transport and deliver packaged cement products, including palletised 25kg cement bags.
- Operate MC vehicles and liaise closely with the Operations team regarding deliveries and customer requirements.
- Complete local and regional deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Work a day shift roster typically between 10–12 hours, with overtime available as required to support operational and customer needs.
- Travel to Kalgoorlie 1–2 times per week, staying overnight to complete deliveries to mine sites within the Kalgoorlie region before returning to Naval Base the following day.
- Ensure loads are safely restrained and deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and comply with all Cement Australia safety requirements.

- A clean driving record
- Demonstrated suitable driving history with at least 1.5+ years of MC experience
- Previous experience delivering palletised or packaged freight highly desirable
- Experience with load restraint and multi-drop deliveries advantageous
- Familiarity with roads within the local region is advantageous
- A valid Basic Fatigue Management Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- A strong safety and customer service focus
