The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain quality of food at all stages of food preparation. Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Train other kitchen staff.
- Check food temperature and ensure it is safe.
- Work in a team environment.
- As and when required work alongside the Head Chef and contribute towards the menu.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work in line with budget.
Qualification and experience:
- Relevant trade qualification in Cookery.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
