Due to continued growth across our Prime Power, temporary power and project delivery operations, we're creating two new Project Manager positions within our Operations PMO group.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the sustainable energy solutions our customers depend on.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll coordinate people, resources, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and successfully.
These newly created roles will support the continued growth of EPSA's Prime Power and project delivery business, with opportunities to work across:
Prime Power and power generation projects
Temporary power and rental solutions
Electrical infrastructure and substation projects
Power station and energy transition projects
Critical industry sectors including defence, utilities, mining, data centres and infrastructure
Whether you're an established Project Manager or a technically strong electrical professional looking to step into project management, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders while building capability in one of the most specialised areas of the energy sector.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to!):
Managing projects from planning through to commissioning and handover
Coordinating customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Managing project schedules, budgets, risk and commercial outcomes
Maintaining project documentation, reporting and project controls
Supporting safe and successful project delivery across multiple project streams

5+ years of Project management experience within electrical, power generation, infrastructure, construction or related industries
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors and project activities
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, project costs and delivery outcomes
Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required
Electrical trade qualification and/or electrical licence
Engineering, Project Management or related tertiary qualification
Experience within Prime Power, temporary power, power generation, substations, utilities, mining, oil & gas or electrical infrastructure projects
Commissioning, field service or technical delivery experience
Experience working across generator, power station or energy projects
