We're currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our casual Conference & Events team.
About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant within our Conference & Events team, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of premium events, including weddings, corporate conferences, gala dinners, cocktail functions and private celebrations.
Working in a fast-paced hotel environment, you'll be part of a professional team dedicated to creating seamless events and memorable guest experiences. If you enjoy event service, thrive under pressure and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across weddings, conferences, gala dinners, cocktail functions and private events
- Confidently carry three plates while providing professional table service
- Set up, reset and pack down event spaces to the highest standard
- Provide professional beverage service throughout functions
- Maintain exceptional presentation and service standards
- Work collaboratively with the Conference & Events team to ensure every event runs seamlessly
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment
About You:
- Prior experience working weddings and large-scale events (essential)
- Confident three-plate carry (essential)
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
