About Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Social Worker to join our team at Dudley Private Hospital on a part-time permanent basis. In this role, you will provide comprehensive social work support to individuals and families navigating complex life circumstances, health challenges, and transitions. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, you will deliver person-centered interventions that empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing. Your expertise in case management, crisis intervention, and resource coordination will be instrumental in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
About You:
Skills and Experience

Degree in Social Studies or similar relevant qualifications in relevant specialty Allied Health area

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrate initiative and creativity in thinking

Be willing to contribute to the development & promotion of a cohesive & interactive team

Act as a professional role model when dealing with internal and external customers

Willing to participate in a continuous quality improvement environment
