About the Role
Sinco Services is seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team servicing a high-quality office/coworking space in Cremorne.
This is a fixed, ongoing position from Monday to Friday, offering reliable and consistent hours for cleaners looking for long-term work.
The service requires approximately 5 hours of cleaning each day, commencing after 6:00pm.
We are looking for cleaners who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term partnership with a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets
- Cleaning kitchen and staff areas
- Cleaning desks, surfaces, common areas, and shared spaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the facility
- Emptying bins and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment
- Following site procedures and maintaining high cleaning standards
- Completing all scheduled cleaning tasks within the allocated time
- Working effectively as part of a professional cleaning team

Requirements
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and ability to complete tasks within scheduled hours
- Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
- Valid Police Check
