The project is located in Kiama, Commencing mid August. The Project will run for 6 months.
TFN or PTY accepted. Rates negotiable
We’re looking for reliable, Traffic Controllers to join our team on a casual basis for upcoming works in Kiama, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, can follow clear directions, and maintains a professional attitude on busy civil construction sites.
About the Role
You will support our crew by managing vehicle and pedestrian movements around active work zones, ensuring safety for workers, road users, and the public. Shifts will vary depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control devices in accordance with approved Traffic Control Plans
- Direct and manage traffic flow safely and professionally
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors, workers, and the public
- Maintain compliance with WHS requirements at all times
- Report hazards, incidents, or changes in conditions promptly
- Represent the company with a positive, respectful attitude
What You Need
- Traffic Controller (TCR)
- Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP)
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
