Boss Burger Co Ballarat is looking for an experienced Junior Team Member to join the Boss Squad!
We're searching for a motivated and reliable junior who already has some experience in hospitality, fast food, retail, customer service or a similar fast-paced environment. If you're confident working with customers, enjoy being part of a team and want to continue developing your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours will generally range between 10-20 hours per week, with weekend and after-school availability highly regarded.

- Previous experience in hospitality, fast food, retail or customer service

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and school holidays
Your Responsibilities
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Preparing drinks and milkshakes
- Assisting with food preparation and packaging orders
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting both front and back of house operations
- Working efficiently during busy service periods

Important Information
Successful applicants will be required to attend an in-person job trial at our Ballarat location.
We pay in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award, with rates varying based on age and classification.
