Role Overview:
As a Removalist Offsider, you’ll play a key role in supporting our experienced removalists during local and regional moves. You’ll help ensure our clients belongings are safely prepared, loaded, transported and delivered, all while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading furniture and other items.
- Safely wrap and protect clients belongings.
- Maintain equipment, trolleys, blankets and tools in good condition.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of moves.
- Provide excellent customer service and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Drive removal vehicles when appropriately licensed and trained (optional).
Skills & Attributes:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours.
- Positive attitude, team player and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in removals, logistics or warehousing is a plus but not essential.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
