The Role
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Office Coordinator to join the team at the heart of our Global Head Office in Fortitude Valley. Working from our modern corporate office with excellent public transport access, you'll be the face of the workplace, creating a welcoming and professional environment while delivering an exceptional experience for employees, leaders, visitors and contractors. We're seeking someone with energy, initiative and a genuine passion for service. You'll enjoy taking ownership, anticipating needs before they arise and finding smarter ways to keep people connected, supported and productive.
Create a welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, employees and stakeholders
Support senior leaders with travel, expenses, calendars and administrative activities
Process invoices and expense claims through SAP in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate office facilities, service providers, events and workplace services
Manage security access, office records and key business processes
Ensure common areas, meeting rooms and shared spaces reflect a professional workplace
What you’ll bring

A passionate customer service approach and genuine desire to help others
High energy, enthusiasm and a proactive "can-do" attitude
Strong SAP experience, particularly with invoice processing and expense management
Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
A methodical, detail-focused approach with the confidence to work autonomously
