Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Electrical Superintendent to join our Karratha Projects Team. Due to the recent award of a new 5 year long SMP contract, we are looking for an experienced E&I Superintendent to guide our established team in safe and effective practices on all brownfields projects. This role is a FIFO role, travelling from Perth to Karratha on a 5:2 4:3 roster. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Superintendent will deliver key leadership and instruction on all E&I aspects of our works, with a variety of projects in the pipeline. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for mentorship and safety leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of E&I works on our brownfields projects

Participating in schedule and performance management in a senior leadership capacity

Effectively advising safe and effective practices on E&I job scopes

Communicate with client representatives on project progress

Establishing a high quality of work in all aspects of execution

Coordination and delegation of the crew
What you’ll bring:
-
Established experience in Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital projects is desired
-
Electrical trade qualification, along with a WA electrical license
-
Any additional electrical qualifications are desired

s26 Statutory Supervisor certificate

Ability to provide sound leadership and guidance across all stakeholders involved

Developed analytical skills across all aspects of the work scope
