The Role: We’re seeking passionate and dynamic floor staff to join our tight-knit, experienced team. This is a floor-focused role where you’ll work directly alongside the chef-owner to deliver an exceptional, seamless dining experience. You’ll be the face of Viand, engaging with guests, sharing your knowledge of our food and wine, and ensuring every detail is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Build rapport with guests, enhancing their experience through genuine hospitality.
- Master and articulate the details of our tasting menus, wine list, and cocktail program.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining room.

- Proven current experience in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- A genuine passion for food, wine, and the art of service.
- A vibrant, personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
- A flexible schedule, available for Wednesday through Saturday evening shifts.

Pay: $26.44 – $38.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
