About the role
This is a specialist HR role focused on managing and maintaining the organisational management (OM) structure within SAP, supporting large-scale establishment and workforce changes across TAFE NSW. You will provide expert advice to managers and business partners while ensuring the accurate creation and maintenance of positions, reporting lines, cost centres and workforce structures. The role also involves coordinating complex bulk uploads, faculty-wide establishment changes and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will develop and deliver workforce reports, analyse data to identify trends and risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to manage high-volume transactions, re-engineer processes and deliver accurate outcomes will be critical to success.
About you
You are an experienced HR professional with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Organisational Management (OM), particularly in position management and establishment maintenance. You bring demonstrated experience creating and managing positions, executing bulk movements and uploads, and pulling and analysing reports to support workforce planning and decision-making. Your advanced Excel skills, including lookups and data validation, enable you to confidently manage and interpret large datasets.
You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven ability to deliver HR solutions while improving processes and systems. With strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, you can work collaboratively within a small team, share knowledge and support others, while ensuring accuracy and integrity across complex HR data and organisational structures.
