As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's overall performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional food, service, and operational standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team

Creating an exceptional customer experience every shift

Driving sales, labour, and cost performance to achieve business targets

Managing rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and team development

Maintaining outstanding food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

Overseeing inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost management

Ensuring the venue is clean, organised, and operating to Burger Urge standards

Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally

Implementing local marketing initiatives and supporting business growth

Building a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and fun
You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and play a key role in the continued success of the restaurant.

Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up

Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills

A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Experience managing labour, food costs, and key business metrics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment

Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused attitude

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
