- Manage workforce compliance across a large, multi-service care organisation
- Maintain HR systems and data integrity across Employment Hero
- Hybrid working arrangement and a monthly RDO built into how we work
HR Operations Officer | Kanda | Capalaba or Bundaberg
Most people don't see the work that goes into keeping a care organisation compliant - but everyone feels it when something slips. A certification lapses. A record is out of date. In a sector where the stakes are as high as ours, the detail really does matter.
This role is the reason it doesn't slip.
As our HR Operations Officer, you'll be the person who keeps Kanda's workforce compliance running accurately and on time - managing certifications, maintaining our HR systems and being a reliable point of contact for teams across the organisation who need answers quickly.
It's not a glamorous brief. But if you're someone who takes real pride in getting the detail right and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, it's genuinely satisfying work.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring and managing the renewal of mandatory certifications across the workforce - Blue Cards, NDIS Worker Screening Checks, AHPRA registrations and more - so nothing lapses on your watch
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records in Employment Hero and other HR platforms so data can be relied on at any point
- Managing HR correspondence and documentation with the kind of accuracy and discretion the function requires
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external agencies on compliance, certifications and HR queries
You're the right person if...
- You have at least two years' experience in HR administration or compliance, ideally in community services, health or a regulated sector
- You understand the legislative and licensing landscape well enough to know why it matters - Child Safety, NDIS, Aged Care, Nursing
- You're confident working in Employment Hero and across the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
- You're organised, accurate and calm when competing priorities arrive at once
- You hold or are willing to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card
