We are looking for a Live - in highly motivated motel management individual. Who can start the work by End of July 2026.
You will play a critical role in shaping this site into a sought-after location in the region with high standards in every category of service and delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the motel, including check-in and check-out procedures, housekeeping room cleaning specifically you will be responsible for:
- Handling payments and financial reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of RMS
- Increase and Respond Online OTA reviews and improve online ratings.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure rooms, grounds and pool are always well maintained and presented to the highest standard.
- Understand that motel management can be 24/7 and be willing to assist with late check-ins or emergencies if required.
- Attend to general maintenance as required and liaise with tradesmen when necessary to ensure everything is kept in good working order.
- Well- presented, professional, warm and friendly customer service skills
- Experience with motel booking system is necessary.
- Previous experience in motel or hotel management is necessary.
- Experience and Hands-on skills are must!
- General maintenance and gardening skills required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of property management systems
- Be seeking a long-term commitment
- Providing police and drug clearance report are a must.
