Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present meals in accordance with menu specifications.
* Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
* Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
* Work efficiently during busy service periods.
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* At least 1-2 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Cook (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience where applicable).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
