Administration Assistant - South Fremantle
Our client, an Industrial Reusable Packaging Company located in South Fremantle are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist transport coordinator to coordinate container movements Inbound/Outbound.
- Assist in all transport processes.
- Enter cash sale orders.
- Schedule and manage ticket collection process.
- Enter purchase orders and receipt in SAP.
- Liaise with 3rd parties for deliveries/pickups.
- Assist in all office administration processes.
- Assist with various HR admin functions in support of HR.
- Other roles and responsibilities as required to assist logistics and production team.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of secondary school and ideally possess a formal qualification. (I.e. Certificate or diploma in appropriate field).
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access and SAP.
Experiences:
- Previous service experience in relevant field.
- Ability to work in a small team environment and/or independently.
Additional Skills:
- Strong work ethic with an honest approach to getting the job done.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise duties.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Dependability (Honest, trustworthy, reliable & willing to be accountable).
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Access.
- Experience with SAP.
