Serenity 360 Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to people living with disability across Cannington, Warnbro and surrounding South‑of‑the‑River areas.
About the Role
We have casual positions available with AM shifts
You will be supporting participants with a range of needs, including those with complex mental health challenges and age‑related cognitive decline.
Experience in complex mental health support is mandatory.
Experience in Dementia Care is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred disability support in home and community settings
- Support clients with complex mental health presentations
- Assist clients with dementia using evidence‑based, compassionate care approaches
- Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NDIS standards
Essential Requirements
- Female‑only (participant preference under Section 30 of the Equal Opportunity Act)
- Experience in Dementia Care is highly recommended
- Experience supporting clients with complex mental health challenges
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Medication Competency
- Manual Handling
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
