Are you passionate about helping organizations manage technology risks and maintain strong security and compliance standards? As an IT Risk & Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting business operations by ensuring that technology systems, processes, and controls meet regulatory and industry requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with security teams, auditors, business leaders, and technology professionals to identify risks, strengthen controls, and support compliance programs. Your expertise will help the organization maintain trust, improve governance, and reduce operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT risk registers and compliance programs
Conduct risk assessments and control reviews
Coordinate internal and external audits
Gather and maintain audit evidence and compliance documentation
Develop and improve governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Monitor compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and SOC
Track audit findings and remediation activities
Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership
Work with stakeholders to strengthen security controls and reduce risks
Support continuous improvement initiatives across technology and security teams
What You Bring?
Experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity
Knowledge of risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), cloud security, and audit processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with audit coordination and compliance reporting
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related fields
Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGRC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly valued
