The Roles
Our Housekeeping Coordinator will serve as the central point of communication for the department and responsible for coordinating all requests from the Guest Services team and Housekeeping associate. Additionally, you will ensure that room allocations are competed and distributed to the team. You will ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and align with hotel standards.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry
- Focus on delivering a 5 star experience for our guests
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Efficiency in multitasking and prioritising tasks
- Confident in using computer systems – opera experience an advantage
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Full Australian working rights, with availability to work a 7 day rotating roster
